was good, it was good family, how are we doing? How are we doing with another episode another podcast and I appreciate you all for tuning in from wherever you're from, from Europe from you know, United States, Canada, South America, Central America, Asia, Middle East, maybe even Russia, who knows. But I'm pumped, I'm excited to be on here today. And a really powerful, excuse me a real powerful topic that I want to cover with you guys and you know, different facets of it, umbrellas, relationships, you know, a man and on today's call, you know, I'm gonna go over more. So the importance of, you know, I mean, kind of biased will not bias but like, can't change it, if you will, like, for me, it's so wife, right? Um, you know, it might be for you, a husband might be a significant other boyfriend, girlfriend, but, you know, I think one of the biggest components in my success, and, you know, every super successful entrepreneur, you know, to some degree, is having that rock, and I mean, having that person always has your back, and so forth. So, you know, and you could use this in different ways as well. But, you know, for my situation, I guess, and I'm trying to make sure this, you know, relays and transfers over to you, you know, wherever your, your situation in your life is, but, um, you know, having a significant other husband or a wife, you know, is really going to be a big indication of how your business, how you treat people, and so forth. You know, and one of my old colleagues, you know, he said, If you can master your relationship, you can master your business, and I was, like, I, and I, like, I get relationships, you know, treat others how you want to be treated, and, you know, the golden rule and all that stuff, which is amazing, right? Um, but what I learned is, you know, having grace with my wife, having an appreciation on the small things, the gratitude, you know, that transfers over to my business, you know, I, I used to be a very, you know, low key angry person, you know, and I'm talking, you know, I don't know, 2014 1516, you know, my early come up, and my anger is what fueled me, and I mean, my anger is what got me pissed off, but also got me pissed off for success. Um, I don't even remember the last time I was, you know, angry, angry. I mean, probably, you know, I wrecked my car about a year ago, and I was a little annoyed, but I wasn't like, I wasn't angry. Um, you know, just like slightly things that pVu or annoy you or frustrate you or whatever, you know, quarterly monthly or whatever, but, you know, that anger, you know, that like that whole, you know, subsided, you know, that I was, you know, Dr. Banner, or whatever, Banner banner, and the whole just kind of went away, you know, I mean, um, and when you look at your success, you and I live in Miami, for you guys had never been in Miami, Miami, if you are single, you better, better, better, better be disciplined, right? Because when you walk outside, you got restaurants, you got women, you got clubs, you got this, you got that, like, you're you're going to be spending a lot of money and a lot of distractions. Right. And, you know, having a wife, you know, for myself has been probably the single most beneficial, trying to find a word that's not limiting it, right. Because a lot of words limit the expression of, you know, certain analogies in case in this case, this one, um, you know, if I if I was single, you know, I mean, like, I would not have the success, let alone the breakthroughs let alone you know, my, my pristine newness of my swag, if you will, because you're not I would be a bachelor living out my own crib and is messing around, you know, so to speak. And you know, definitely there's a lot of, you know, undisciplined this that comes with that single lifestyle. So when you have someone that's your rock, but you can consult with, you know, every major decision, it's like, you know, I asked her Hey, what do you think she's like, well, it's your business or your situation like, why are you asking me I might because I value your insight, I value your perspective, you know, I mean, and it's kind of like the body and climb, you know, now it's like, I can't even imagine doing life without her, you know, my wife. You know, not embarrassing but vulnerable. Like, I don't know how to book an Airbnb. I don't even know who to pay the bills to. And I know we got bills, but I don't know who who do we pay our electricity bill to? Or what do we bill pay the water bill? Do we have a water bill? And I have no idea. So my point is, you know, you have to have that ying and yang Maybe that's you, maybe you're the you know, the person that's the holds the family down, you know, you're making sure when you're traveling everything crossed the T's dot the i's, maybe, you know, you're the organizer, you know, the detail and a visual, I'm complete opposite, I shoot from the hip, I jump out the plane, you know, build the wings on the way down, like, I'm a very, very flowy, right, but there are situations where I need detail precision, calculated this, right. And that's where my wife comes into play, you know, and she's my best friend, you know, so what I would challenge you to do, you know, not turn this into a straight relationship thing, and, you know, but at the same time, you're, how you do anything, is how you do everything, you know, I mean, so like, if you are treating your clients and your customers not giving a crap and everything that that's gonna roll over to your marriage, relationship, boyfriend, girlfriend, fiance, whatever it is, right? So, when it comes back to, like I said, relationships, you know, um, I think that's the, you're doing life with that person. I think about that for a second, like, you're doing life with that individual, husband, wife, whatever it is, and you're going to go through a lot together, you know, marriage, travel, moving kids, possibly, you know, death of parents, family members, friends, disagreements. And I'm going to show my tell you my naiveness, right. You know, I've been with my, my wife for been together for going on eight years, going on being married for four years. And

7:27

I, you can laugh at this. I didn't know that relationships took work, right? I was like, Yo, you know, butchering this, most you guys know how I talked about but I was like, Yo, you do you? I'm gonna do me, we're going to hold hands together, we're going to have a very amazing, no relationship and everything like that. And we're just going to run together, right? We're just gonna go left, right, up, down, whatever, maybe not down. But you know, we're going to do life together. Right as as partners, right? And next thing I know, we move things happen, and I do a different program or business, I launch a business, you know, there's like, Well, you gotta have family time. You gotta have date nights. Date is cool. Oh, cool. I can do that. And once a week, I am committed. I mean, and the next thing you know, we had to get to know each other on a deeper level, almost on an energetic level. And I'm like, oh, like, this is almost a job. And you know, she's laughing. She's like, Yeah, relationships take work. I'm like, no one fucking told me that. Relationships take work. Like, we're like, if I have a friend. Right? Um, I've had many really, really great friends in the past, right? We're friends we hang out we, we, you know, chop shop. Right? We sorry, we talk shop, we make money together. We go hookah we experience we travel I there's not work in. I mean, like, I don't have to learn your personality and, you know, figure out how to fill your needs. I don't have to apologize in your language. I don't have to love you in your language. I don't have to validate your feelings. I'm like, what? Like, I learned this two years ago, I validate your feelings. Like why? Why would I need to validate anyone's feelings like you validate your own feelings? You know, I mean, and I'm over here like, Yo, like, validate my wife's feelings. See her? Hear her, listen to her. Put your phone down when you're, she's talking. I'm like, like, I can listen and be on my phone at the same time. And it was just these little things and um, they're just small little things, but like I said, they roll it over into your business, you know, and I used to be a very non communicative person, you know, like, well, you know, two plus two is four, you know, why didn't you know that I was going to do this or whatever, you know, I'll get a text from her. Hey, But what are you doing? All right, another minute, why don't you tell me you hadn't been in a while? Why do I need to tell you that I had a meeting after my meeting, and I'll be home when I get home? Why don't you tell me when you run to be homeless? Bro, what the fuck, you know, and just certain things like that. So I'm over communicative now, you know, and it's like, if anything, I'm, you know, I'm annoyingly communicative. And sometimes don't get wrong sometimes I for sure they get caught in the moment, but like, that rolls over to my business, you know, I double confirm appointments. I I make sure I follow up my follow up game super strong. I, I make sure I you know, Do this, do that whatever it is, and things get done, you know, I mean, and I'm back to the excuse me the back to the work. Super water. Back Back to the work. It was 2019 You know, we got Corona, the pant the plan Dimmick right plan demic happened. And we were you know, putting a 900,000 square foot in Cali. And we had to get to know each other on a much much deeper level. There's a few books great books, um, the the four love languages, right? Number one, and understanding here's a breakthrough for you guys. And you know, invoice Yeah, 510 grand for this one, right is, you know, you have someone's love language, you need to fill their need, right there. You know, they're kind words, the gift, quality time physical touch, right? Those are the four. So what I would do is, I would, I would love her in my love language, right? So I like acts of service. I like quality touch, but like, I don't, you know, where does the affirmation or cool, you know, I don't get a much So like, for me, they actually value a little bit more because like, you know, when you get to a certain level of success, you just kind of it's a whole different topic, but really quickly is you know, you get to a certain level of success, you know how good you are, you know, so people will start kind of stopped telling you because you already there, right, but back to the point is, you know, I would love her. I'll give her a gift. And I buy her some flowers. She likes flowers, but I buy her flowers or buy or this or that. And she's like, Thanks, you know, thank you so much. And I'm like, Do you like it? Yeah, it's really nice. I'll get value out of this or it looks cute. You know, it's fun. I know. But that wasn't her love language. Right? I have a bubble. I have a bubble. And in this bubble, I have certain times where, like, Don't touch me. Like, I'm good. Like, just stay away. And then I have my lovey dovey times in the day, right where, you know, hold her cuddle her, give her Levin's right or whatever. And I had to meet her needs and her love language. You know, I mean, I had to love her how she wants to be loved. And that blew my mind. It's that simple little tweak. I'm like, Ah, shit, okay, don't buy you gifts. Got it. All right, give you physical touch, give you quality time. And quiet time is not sitting with her and being on my phone, you know, in the same vicinity? No, it's like that presents that attention. You know, I mean, another good one is men are from Mars, Women are from Venus. And this one was probably, um, probably the best book. Oh, they're like SQL go one, two, right. Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus. And men are on butchering this one. Men are on fire. Women are on ice men fire women ice, you know, some, you know, wordage there, right. And those two books, I'm a very science person with a very, you know, science based understanding. That's where I get my most understanding, right? So when I started talking about endorphins, when it talked about, you know, your, your molecular level of your science base, human organism of why women do things like holy shit. This makes so much sense why women are crazy, right? For lack of a better word, right? It's just it makes sense that like, this is why you you're you're not getting you know, your endorphins met. Or you know, you're, I have to reread the book, right? If I knew it, I would be saying it. But I understand to a certain level. So when things happen, I'm like, Oh, this is part of science. It makes sense. It's not that, you know, XYZ or this or that is hormonal. It's like it's it's so logical, right for me to understand it. So those are two really great books that I absolutely love. And the last one I'll share with you is power and respect. Love and respect. Yeah. And that power, love and respect. And it really made a big shift like I said, and when you start having a happy Home, that rolls over into your business that like, if my wife is always happy, I'm always happy, right? And in doing so that's going to make my right vibration, my frequency rise. And now you know, this day and age, like, people look at us, as power couples, you know, I want to be like you guys when I get married and so forth, you know, and six years, seven years ago, I was like, Oh, I was a last person and you get a relationship. Like, when I heard relationship, I heard a blocking or distraction to my goals. I heard a relationship, I heard something in the middle of me and my goals, my dreams, you know.

15:40

But what I learned over time is it actually catapulted my dreams, my business, my endeavors, my success, everything. So I'm, and when you start to work on your relationship, right now, it's easier said than done. But now as for me, in and outside of, you know, my marriage, it's all about relationships, it's all about, you know, shaking that hand, getting that phone number and nurturing relationships connecting with people. And I man, I would rather you know, if I had to make more money with one person, or have a friend and make less, I'd rather make less money and do it with the person I like, and I mean, versus the stranger. And that's just how it is. So if you can get to a place where you're building relationships, you know, friendships, man or women doesn't matter. Um, you know, and be genuine with it, don't build a relationship to make a sale. And at some point, they're gonna figure it out or it's gonna be fake or non genuine or on an authentic and if absolutely, so, it's going to energetically you know, you're not hurting yourself, but you're being genuine to yourself, you're doing it to yourself. Um, so build relationships, you know, what I would challenge you to do every month, you know, make it a goal to build like three, I mean, shit, you can do 10 But just three and focus on on the three genuine new relationships. And no follow up, follow up, follow up, you know, reach out to your old existing friends, you know, and check in on them, see how they're doing. Ask them how are you? And so many people I get hit up 100 times a day and I when some people I look how are you? I'm like, I'm good. And it catches me off guard sometimes to people, you know, I get 100 questions a day, but like, sometimes people slow down, you know, like, oh, no, I'm good. Thank you for asking. How are you? You know, and just simple gestures like that goes such a long way compliment people. You know, I compliment even when I'm with my wife, you know, I joke with her I'm like, she probably thinks this is very awkward, you know, because we'll be at a I'll be at a restaurant and we'll be at the host table right? And I'm like, Oh, I love your nails. And she's like, um, thanks like your girl your wife, your whatever person right next to you and like, you know, it's just my personality. I love your shoes. Yeah. You know, giving that appreciation that love and somehow some way you know you're energetically given them appreciation and love and everything like that so and you can start that conversation and build that relationship from there you know, so many people I would say most most people my friends today we're all strangers online through Instagram and Facebook you know coaching clients all I mean 99% of them all through relationship building and if you're on if you run a business you know every referred not every, every most most clients customers your individuals or businesses that seek my coaching, investing programs whatever I got going on but jority now are like I do some self promotion here and there but like majority is all buddy referrals y'all Hey, you know sue you know told me about you bro and you know, you're this amazing trader you know, do you have a course program Hey, you know, Jerry told me about your coaching your inner circle you know, Hey, I heard about your event you know, so it's all buddy referrals so if you give love you show love you you build that relationship with Joe Bob and Sally whoever it is, they're going to tell their friends about you and so forth and so forth. So now it becomes a ripple effect so like I said, guys, relationships and a marriage and a relationship boyfriend girlfriend where it starts or you know, just a regular friendship ever so So key so keep relationships at the start at the front, at the top of your you know, priority list and your importance list and just go out there and just be genuine be authentic, you know, and like I said, if you are in a relationship really work on grab those four books, do some exercises together, get to know your other person and And you know, watch how beautiful and you know amazing your relationship blossoms into something even more and more and more work on that relationship. So with that being said, guys, that concludes this this episode episode. I don't know probably 15 or 16 Now, you know I love y'all. I appreciate y'all. I will see you guys on the next one.
